Learning that mistakes aren't failures, they're part of becoming better.
Because great instructors don't simply teach students what to do.
They help students discover who they can become.
Through Envision Martial Arts and the National Martial Arts Alliance, Senior Master Emma Horn continues to create opportunities for students and families to grow, connect, and become part of something bigger than themselves.
Her leadership can be seen in the confidence of her students, the strength of the instructors she mentors, and the community she continues to build.

Grand Master Horn has spent decades teaching Taekwondo, developing instructors, and helping students become stronger versions of themselves.
But perhaps the greatest measure of his impact isn't found in a title or accomplishment.
It's found in the people.
The student who gained confidence.
The instructor who learned to lead.
The family who found a community.
The person who was encouraged to keep going when things got difficult.
Through Envision Martial Arts, the National Martial Arts Alliance and the Horn Family Foundation, Grand Master Jody Horn has continued to invest in something much bigger than Taekwondo.
He's invested in people.
That's what leadership looks like.
Not simply being the person at the front of the room, but inspiring others to step forward themselves.

Meet Mrs Krista Choate
Head InstructorFor over 4 years, Krista has been a dedicated Taekwondo instructor at Envision Martial Arts, but her journey started long before that.
She began training at just 5 years old right here in Evergreen with Senior Master Emma Horn … and through years of perseverance, hard work, and big goals, she recently earned her 3rd Degree Black Belt in October 2025.
What makes her truly special isn’t just her accomplishments…
It’s the way she shows up for our students every single day.

She’s a State and World Champion competitor, but her greatest passion is helping students grow into strong, confident leaders.
Outside of the studio, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors, caring for her animals, creating art, and spending time with her family, and the love of her life, Flora.
